Gleb is wounded in the leg. He is fleeing persecution. In the forest on his way he meets the hunter Zakhar. He helps a person he has just met, but instead of gratitude, Gleb kills his savior. Now the young man wants to come to Zakhar's house and, as if by chance, meet the wife of the murdered man. Her name is Nastya.
