All the dreams and hopes for happiness of the young surgeon Anna Pirogova collapse overnight: in the midst of her honeymoon, she finds out that her husband has a second family - one of the hospital patients is pregnant from him, and Anna's closest friend and colleague knew everything and hid it from her. Faced with a complete misunderstanding of her mother, who believes that Kirill loves Anna and they are a wonderful couple, the girl decides to go to her father, whom she has not seen for more than ten years. However, moving to a small town does not solve the problems, but only exacerbates them. Conflicts arise between Anna and her father and there is no mutual understanding. Dealing with the medical problems of her patients, Anna involuntarily becomes involved in their personal stories and step by step comes to harmony with herself and the world around her.
