When a Pastor in the community begins to see the neighborhood deteriorating due to the release of neighborhood gang leader "Floss" from prison, the pastor, Floss and the neighborhood fight to prove who the neighborhood really belongs to. Floss or GOD. As they battle it out to the finish and money ends up missing and lives ends up taken there's only One things for certain...The block will never be the same.
